A Little Bit About Me

I live in the heart of beautiful Buckinghamshire, with my husband of almost 25 years and we have two grown daughters.
When I am not creating and conducting ceremonies, I love going to the theatre ( I am a musical theatre nerd!)

and trying to up-cycle furniture. My family and friends always say my laugh and my passion for life is infectious.
Oh, and I am always the first one up on the dance floor and normally the last to leave!

To say I love being a celebrant is an understatement! I feel so honoured and privileged to help families
and loved ones during moments of happiness and sadness. I love to help people celebrate or commemorate important times in their lives, from writing a bespoke script for couples and then conducting their wedding ceremony to celebrating the newest member of a family by conducting a baby naming ceremony or helping a family say a heartfelt goodbye to a loved one.

I have always had a passion for events and ceremonies and ran my own award-winning wedding & event company
for many years, before moving into customer relations and event management within the education
and performing arts sectors. Embracing the skills and experience I had gained throughout my career, I went on to achieve a long-held ambition to be a celebrant when I completed my training with the International College of Professional Celebrants.

I was recently nominated for two national celebrant awards which were truly humbling as the nominations
were made by a couple and a family I had the honour to work with.

I truly believe that we should personalise these moments in life, and when I conduct a ceremony along with my extensive experience I bring my own mix of warmth, openness, calm and, if needed, humour to an occasion.

If you would like to have a chat to find out more about how I can help personalise the most important moment in your life, please feel free to call me on 07958 163670  or click the get in touch button below and send me a message

I promise to get straight back to you!
